Locating the Data and Analytics Page

1 Opening the data & analytics page

There are two ways to open the Data and Analytics page.

Option 1

1. Go to the ConvertoBot menu on the left side of the page and click Data & Analytics. The page displays.
   
2. Scroll up to the top of the page and click the box beside Data & Analytics. A drop-down menu displays.
3. Select the Chatbot you want to review. Data for that Chatbot displays.

Option 2

1. Go to the ConvertoBot menu on the left side of the page and click My Bots. The My Bots page displays.
2. Locate the Bot you want to review. Click the Analytics button on the menu. The Analytics page for that Bot displays.
