There are many ways to publish a Chat on your website. This article shows you how to publish a Chatbot using widget code.

1 Locating the code

This publishing option asks you to copy a snippet of code from the BOT Publish page and then paste it inside your website. Some care is required to paste the code is the correct place.

If you are not sure where to paste the code, Google the phrase “paste HTML code before the closing head tag” and you will find several simple solutions.

1. Go to the Bot Publish page.
2. Locate the Bot Widget header on the left side of the page.
3. Copy the code inside the box.
4. Open your website.
5. Paste the code before the closing head tag </head>. The Chatbot displays on your website.
