Requesting a Template

Are you looking for a unique template design? This article shows you how to send us a request to build a new Chatbot template.

1 Opening the contact form

1. Scroll to the top of the page.
2. On the top menu, click Help. The Contact form displays.

2 Sending a request

1. On the Contact form, click Select Group. A drop-down menu displays.
2. Select Request a Template.
3. Complete the other information request boxes.
4. Click Submit. We normally respond to requests within one business day.
